Giddy Up Horsey!

When I was looking at my barren refrigerator today, I knew I was going to struggle with lunch.  I had some fish fillets on hand, so I pulled them out, along with the few produce items I had left.  

As I laid the fish out to cook it, I saw a horse in my mind and went with it!  I think the result was cute, and the kids loved it!
