Here comes Peter Cottontail...hopping down the bunny trail...hippety, hoppety...Easter's on its way!!
About once a week, I make a dish my family calls Wolfatouille. It consists of brown rice, black beans, and whatever vegetables I have leftover from the week. Any rice, legume or veggie scraps I haven't already used up from the week's bentos go into it, and I generally season it with chili powder & garlic, but sometimes I throw other spices or herbs in there, too. It is fast & easy, hearty, and provides us with a large bowl of leftovers each time I make it.
What's in the Box??
