I confess, I don't always feel like cooking dinner. That means sometimes we go out, and sometimes we order in. When we order pizza, we find that while one isn't enough food for our family, two is always too much. That means we end up with leftovers, which can make a perfect lunch. If I cut the pieces in half, two of them fit perfectly into an EasyLunchBox! Add a salad and some fruit, and I feel good about providing a balanced meal, even though pizza isn't exactly what I would consider healthy.
