I had leftover pink rice from yesterday's Sugarbunnies bento, so I decided to make a couple of little piggies for today's lunch. It was super fast and easy, as I just placed the rice in plastic wrap and hand formed it into balls the way you would with dough. Including washing my produce, cutting it up, steaming the broccoli and putting two of these bentos together, it took me about 15 minutes.
