As soon as I saw these crinkle cut sweet potatoes, I knew I wanted to make a Merida bento. I baked the potatoes with a touch of olive oil and sea salt on 475 degrees for 20 minutes (flipping them at the 10 minute mark), making delicious and beautiful sweet potato fries. I love how they look as Merida's hair! I used black olives, provolone and nori for the bears and hand-made the bow and arrow out of flat toothpicks and washi tape.
